Adam Gericke

Adam Gericke is a yoga teacher and practitioner living in Los Angeles, CA, who brings hatha vinyasa yoga together with the joy and devotion of bhakti yoga. He leads a heart centered yoga practice, meditation classes, and kirtan. He began his yoga journey with Yogamaya New York and is heavily inspired by the teachers at the Bhakti Center NY - Rhadanath Swami and Kaustubah Das. He has also studied with and sat in kirtan with Bhagavan Das, Jai Uttal, and Govindas. For the last 8 years he has taught yoga and led kirtan full time in Los Angeles while hosting local and international retreats. When he isn’t teaching, you can find Adam in the kitchen or catering an event with his company Common Good Hospitality, or hiking SoCal with his husband Blake and dog Frances.

Alexa Parashos

Alexa is a Mom and Yogi. She received her certification (RYT-200 HR) in 2013 and taught yoga in Los Angeles and the South Bay before settling in Malibu. Her practice consists mainly of a power and strength vinyasa flow with an emphasis on posture, breathing, and mindfulness. After the birth of her son in 2020, Alexa became certified in pre-natal and post-natal.

Alexa has instructed all levels of students from beginners to seasoned yogis. She believes in incorporating movement and wellness into a daily routine and led specialized yoga classes in the workplace for prominent companies including Rat Pac Entertainment, NastyGal, Glam Glow, and the ACLU. Students say her classes are challenging yet fun and nourishing for the mind and body. 

Carmen Tonarelli

Carmen Tonarelli is an intuitive healer specializing in nervous system regulation in order to support physical and emotional release. Her unique approach was cultivated by her studies at Esalen Institute, Upledger Institute, DONA international, London College of Osteopathy, and University of California Berkeley. As a teen she lived and studied in South India in Auroville. Meditation became a daily practice that naturally lead her to continued studies in the healing arts. By the time she finished high school she was a Reiki master and meditation teacher.  Carmen considers the whole body and each persons history and lifestyle to create a balanced plan with her clients. Her goal is to help empower each individual to participate in their own health and healing practice.Carmen utilizes a combination of healing methods that include Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial release, Chakra Balancing, Reiki, Somato Emotional release and massage.  Her approach is a gentle on noninvasive form of bodywork that truly allows the body to heal. 

Ceri Bethan Loaring

Ceri has been a devoted practitioner in Mindfulness for over a decade.

Passionate about helping people inhabit their truest self, she completed her 400hr Teacher Training at The Den Meditation. Ceri is also a certified Reiki Practitioner, a certified Mindfulness Instructor, and a Guided Imagery Facilitator. Ceri is committed to helping people cultivate present moment awareness in order to live life more fully, and to embrace their inner worth.

Chrissy MJ Anderson

Chrissy is a Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness meditation guide for adults and children, certified Reiki practitioner, crystal healer, active listener and mental health ally.

She found meditation at the end of a two-year battle with depression. Discovering the immediate and long-lasting positive benefits of meditation, Chrissy was able to make drastic changes to her life, leaving behind her anxiety and depression. This experience, as well as her passion, led her to a conscious decision to help facilitate a healing process for others. Chrissy’s training includes The DEN Meditation 400-hour Teacher Training, Wanderlust’s 50- hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, and a course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Chrissy graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Communications and Rhetorical Studies, helping to prepare her as an active listener and mindful communicator. Chrissy has used her personal mental health and meditation journey to work with clients with anxiety, depression, poor sleep quality, trauma and substance abuse.

Codi Jane

Codi Jane is an Integrative Holistic Healer and Embodied Self-Love Guide. Her mission and vision is simple: she strives to bring all beings an embodied experience of expansion, and inner peace through the body’s intellect. 

Codi Has been a Reiki Master since 2016, and is a Kripalu Certified Yoga practitioner with trauma-informed training, Chopra App Sound Healer, and offers in person Breathwork & Sound Healing classes at The Mindry. Codi offers her healing modalities to private clients, in coaching settings, group settings, as well as retreats. 

She guides leaders, activists, change makers, and emerging truth seekers to discover the gifts of embodiment. With a focus on helping individuals and families heal from Intergenerational Trauma she will assist you in experiencing peace, freedom, wholeness, and growth.

Gwen Gaydos

From Pharmacist to Love Coach, Reiki Master, Mediation Guide, and Sound Healer.Gwen started her career in Western Medicine over 20 years ago and over time organically shifted into more holistic healing practices for body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about helping her clients connect deeply with their intuition, their subconscious mind, and the wisdom of their bodies so they can release physical and emotional blocks, reprogram their subconscious mind, and connect deeply with their heart’s desires.  She loves sharing Sound and Meditation to help others live the most happy, healthy, joy-filled life possible!Her vision is to live in a world filled with peace, harmony, and love, where all beings are treated as equals and the Earth is respected and taken care of and revered as the magnificent, incredible planet that it is, supporting so much beautiful life.

Jessica Kruskamp

Jessica is teacher, student, seeker and reader. An intuitive and artist, meditator and yogi, she guides you with tools from ancient practices to move energy, elevate consciousness, and connect to your own power. Combining the sciences, the arts, and studies of philosophy , psychology, numerology, astronomy, geology, and quantum healing, Jessica believes we are all able to access higher wisdom through clarity and connection. With over 20 years of study in esoteric practices and yogic philosophy, she is a Master Tarot Teacher and is affiliated with the Tarot Readers Association of America. She holds a MA in Education, is a Holy Fire Reiki Master, and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. She deeply values the vulnerable, intimate nature of a Tarot reading, holds it with her whole heart and soul. She lectures and teaches regularly around the country and is so grateful to call The Mindry her home studio.

Jess Lakin

Dr Jess Lakin has a nurturing and joyful spirit and a deep passion for guiding people to their inner essence and purpose.

Her 20 plus years in the field began in the UK where she qualified and worked as a Clinical Psychologist (DClinPsy-UK), specializing in child and family services. Jess underwent her own powerful journey of transformation following her move to Los Angeles. It was here she embarked on an intensive program of personal training into body/mind consciousness practices and energy healing modalities. She now works as a life coach, meditation facilitator and Reiki practitioner/trainer, and offers integrative and holistic pathways to well-being. She is a certified yoga/meditation teacher (RYT-200), Radiant Heart meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner & instructor and sound immersion facilitator. She brings particular expertise to those seeking emotional well-being, body-heart-mind-energetic integration, and stress management. She also offers specialist support for women, parents and children.

Keri Edwards

Keri began teaching yoga in 2009 shortly after attending her first yoga class. She had always been very athletic with a background in dance. She knew after her first class that she wanted to teach. After experience the obvious physical and mental benefits, she felt that she could offer even more than what she had been experiencing in class.  Keri delivers a powerful, strong, challenging flow with long holds, big poses, steady breath work, and deep rest to finish. She  feels the quickest way to feel your best is through deep and strong connection to your body, which once achieved, allows even more room for a peaceful heart and mind to occur. 

Lotem Porat

Lotem is a seasoned yogini and meditation practitioner with over a decade of experience. Specializing in Integrative Holistic Healing, she combines ancient modalities in her group and private sessions, fostering a safe and soothing environment. Lotem, based in Los Angeles, holds a background in Transpersonal Psychology, trauma-informed yoga, and mindfulness.As a 3rd degree Reiki practitioner and with 500+ hours of Yoga Alliance certified training, Lotem teaches 200 RYT trainings, incorporating Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Her dynamic sequences aim to energize and calm, utilizing asana, meditation, pranayama, and philosophy. She believes in yoga as a source of holistic healing for mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical balance. Lotem is recognized for her loving meditation voice and transformative experiences in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki. She integrates Holotropic Breathwork and Sound Healing in her sessions, aiming to guide people into their bodies and hearts subtly. Lotem's goal is to create a safe space for students to unwind, cultivate self-awareness, and embrace compassion, emphasizing the capacity for self-healing through attention, time, movement, and breath.

Maha Bodhi

Maha Bodhi, M.A. is the founder of Women in Leadership Space, a leadership development program for corporations. She leads inspirational speaking engagements, international retreat, women leadership development training and executive coaching for Fortune 500 corporations. After surviving a brutal upbringing of being enslaved as a female in Yemen, forced into arranged marriage twice, surviving multiple death threatening situations, and two civil wars before arriving in the U.S., Maha found her freedom and true self through the practice of yoga, meditation and modern neuroplasticity techniques. She is a living example of the hero's journey and is dedicating her entire life to spread the transformational techniques that saved her life.

Megan Kenson

Megan enjoys body, mind, soul studies and guiding others to unite with their experience of such. Dance has been a through line in her life and naturally led her to the conscious arts. Her offerings are rooted in awareness, connection, and balance. 

Some of her offerings include Yoga, Dance, Pilates, Sound Journey, Meditation, Cacao Ceremony, and Bodywork. She has been teaching 18 years.

Megan’s mindful movement classes are physically invigorating - a combination of power holds, flow, and elements of other energy practices. She gives attention to alignment and provides space for feeling. Classes explore intention, pranayama, meditation, and spirituality. Her teachings invite a loving reverence for existence and participation with life. 


Michelle Boback

Michelle likes to help her clients regain their cosmic connection.  Awakening and remembering who they are.

Through the process of hypnotherapy and meditation one becomes more mindful, more aware of themselves and their existence. This new awareness helps to rebuild meta models and opens the mind and heart to new possibilities. 

Over the last 25 years, Michelle has studied and been certified as a Master Hypnotherapist, Yoga (inc. pre and post natal), Usui Reiki - Master Level, and she also has a Master Certification in Accelerated Release Therapy (Past life regression therapy). Always, on the side of curiosity, Michelle continues to study and practice the art of wellness and connectivity. Finding peace and pleasure in hold the healing space for others.

Mona Therese Winston

Mona Therese Winston (E-RYT 500) has been a teacher for over 35 years, She is trained in the linage of Krishnamacharya, and her main focus is on breathing, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation. Her fascination of the human being, not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually shines through in her teaching and her own self.

Reena Sen Gupta

Anytime she holds space, Reena fosters a strong focus on the nervous system and the unique link it has to our subconscious and energy field. 

You can always count on her to bring you through sequences that intelligently build up to vigor, while also prioritizing the spiritual roots of the practice. 

Reena has served as an intuitive and somatic healer since 2016, and uses the craft she has developed to ensure every one of her students leaves feeling a sense of transformation.

Rose Mary Riggs

Natalie Riggs has been a yogi for 25yrs and through her many years of practice and study; has created a style of yoga she calls, Shakti Flow. Embracing elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga; Shakti Flow focuses on the circular motion of the breath and body while also incorporating use of mantra and meditation.


Through Natalie’s own yoga & meditation practice, and most importantly her beloved children (Lucas and Giselle); Natalie has a warm and nurturing demeanor. Her intention with each class is to create a safe space for her students to express themselves, feel their body sensations, and ultimately receive the serenity and bliss that yoga so uniquely delivers.

Seth Infinity Monk

Seth Monk is a former Buddhist monk who studied with various teachers including His Holiness XIV Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Ajahn Brahm. With 5000+ hours of meditation experience and multiple extended retreats under his belt, Seth brings a depth and perspective on meditation that is rarely found.

While in India, Seth received training from a lineage holder of Siddha Kundalini Healing and has been leading energy healing events across the country and around the world. Seth was also on the Wellness Team at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a wellness practitioner at Blue Cross Blue Shield, and has worked with multiple schools systems in Massachusetts bringing mindfulness into classrooms for both students and faculty. 

Tamara Falvai

Tamara Falvai is a licensed acupuncturist who has been treating patients for a variety of internal medical conditions for the last 17 years. She specializes in pain management and orthopedics. This includes pre/post operative pain and injury rehabilitation. By using postural assessment, acupuncture, electro- stem, Tui-Na massage, heat therapy, and prescribed stretches/ exercises she guides her patients toward solving the root of their pain. Tamara spent a few years working in a fertility clinic in San Francisco before moving to Malibu. Alongside fertility patients, she also worked with pre/post natal patients and preformed pre/post IVF transfer protocols onsite. Tamara received her masters from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and her Bachelors from the University of Colorado in International Affairs. Since then she has studied extensively with the AcuSport Education Center learning
orthopedic acupuncture methods. She also has a weekly community acupuncture hour at The Mindry Center in Malibu where the lives with her family.

Zoe Scaljon

Zoe started singing melody before she could speak words. Her life has been devoted to the magic of sound, and she has experimented with many different expressions of her voice. A classically trained Opera singer, Zoe feels that sound is the quickest and deepest natural healing modality to transport the mind and spirit. Her work harmonizes intuitive melody over healing Crystal Alchemy Bowls that amplify, transmit, and store energy. Through these vibrations of voice and Mother Earth, an ethereal alchemy is created. Zoe’s background and training includes Certificate in Sound Healing from Sacred Science of Sound, Bachelors degree in Vocal Performance and Opera, Usui Reiki, Yoga Teacher Training (200hr RYT), Kundalini Yoga, and Intuitive Healing.
